Products showing signs of use, tampering, damage caused by mishandling, or incomplete packaging will not qualify for a refund.

2. Time Limits

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Once approved, returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return authorization instructions.
